AVOID. initially good counter staff but poor after-sales from Sardarji. I bought a replacement tube light and after a quick check the right one was found and sold to me at £16. I thought it was pricey but apparently it's an old size that is rare nowadays. Fair enough.Bought the light and kept the receipt, went home and fitted it - still not working. Went back and explained that the fault must be with the holder and not the tube light. Instead of upselling me to a replacement unit I was harshly shown a dusty sign on the wall stating that bulbs are not refundable. I explained that this was not said to me at point of sale or stated on my receipt, again I was directed to the small print sign on the wall 3ft behind the counter. I did not come to your shop to read your wall, I am a paying customer with consumer rights that you are infringing. I decided not to let a £16 light ruin my day and left my money in their till and the light on their counter - walked out of the shop. Bought a LED 4ft tubelight from B&Q for £40. Lesson learned.

Had really good customer experience by Rob. Ordered my knighysbridge switches and arrived within few days. Also guided me with other products I purchased as I have no clue.

I only went in for a few basic electrical bits, however the service I received from the older gentleman on the counter was exceptional. Customer care goes such a long way and prompted me to leave this review. I am going to pop down soon to see if they sell an external 4G switch for my garden lights and pond.

Very unhelpful staff, rude, arrogant and inexperienced is my assessment on my most recent experience.They need to act more professional give better guidance and not show so much arrogance. It was my first time in this shop and I won't be visiting again..I would highly recommend Panesar Electrical towards Manor Park from High St.. They have extremely knowledgeable staff and are always on hand to help
