Coleman Cleaning of Lincoln

Phoned for an extractor canopy quote in December 2021, and was asked to e mail pictures which I did. I received the quote which I was happy to accept. I e mailed my acceptance back and suggested a date in January when my establishment was closed. I heard nothing, I phoned, I e mailed, I phoned again, I left messages.. I heard nothing and still haven’t. Being generous perhaps Covid struck or some other misfortune occurred, but a simple phone call or e mail to explain would have alleviated the situation. Very unprofessional

Just had my range oven cleaned by a pair of extremely professional guys…. The oven has come up beautifully after a heavy December & January of use.. I cannot recommend Coleman highly enough, it was my first time using them and I will definitely be using them again…….

We have used Coleman Cleaning several times for different aspects of commercial and domestic cleaning, and we’ve always found them to be a first rate company, both in the speed of their response, their value for money, but primarily their professionalism and the quality of their work. Our most recent association was for an anti-COVID fogging of our business premises. They responded swiftly and at a time convenient to us as a business. Their work was exemplary as always, and the team at Coleman Cleaning went the extra mile as always to do the job to the highest standard. I can’t recommend this company highly enough, whatever your cleaning requirements.

Called these guys in to do an end of tenancy clean on the cooker, oven, extractor and carpets throughout because we have used them before but rest assured I will never be using them again.First of all they got the dates wrong and turned up 2 or 3 weeks before we had agreed, when they did turn up on the right day a friday they made a good job of the cooker but their carpet cleaner kept tripping the main fuse so the guy that came said he would get it sorted and guaranteed us that the carpets would be cleaned by 10am on the Sunday ready for us to hand the keys in at 11am and the chances are it would be Mr Coleman himself that would come and do it.After a period of time on the saturday not hearing anything from them my wife tried ringing and left a message for them to get back to us, in fact she left 3 messages and still they didn't get back to us, so on the Sunday she messaged the guy that did the cooker and he said he would try and get hold of the boss and it seems like he couldn't get hold of him either.So I would just like to thank Mr Coleman for his unprofessional work ethics of letting customers down and we have handed the keys back in and thanks to you will are likely to loose half of our bond money.

We used Coleman Cleaning when moving into our new property. They cleaned all carpets and the oven to a high standard. The job they did was fantastic and we would highly recommend this company.

What a fantastic job they did on my car, it looked like it had come straight out of a showroom.I had the interior deep clean (immaculate)also the outside cleaned and for no extra charge it was polished.Two really friendly guys very professional can't thank them both enough.Honestly brilliant would highly recommend Coleman Cleaning.

Used Coleman cleaning for a house removal. Van was large, 2 guys packed and loaded the van. Drove to location and unloaded the van. Moving days are naturally unpredictable but they staff remainded polite and patient throughout. Even went back an re-loaded with more stuff and brought that back. Very good communication, arrived on time and promptly got to work. Will used again for sure and am currently attempting to obtain a quote for garden waste removalA*

For all general cleaning requirements, along with more specialist services, including ovens, badly soiled carpets, commercial valets, and general letting rejuvenation. I can’t recommend Coleman Cleaning highly enough.

I booked them to clean the carpet of the room. It took me a half day to move the furniture and guess what they didn’t show up. My husband called them but they keep on declining the call. Never going to book them again. Totally unprofessional
