The best thing about this place is the location. It’s right in the middle of Edinburgh. The apartment was large with a well appointed kitchen. The bed could have been bigger but it was comfortable. Important to know that there is no parking. You have to book parking nearby and if you don’t know that before you arrive it really puts you under pressure to find a parking place online and then find it. It also puts you under pressure to to unload your luggage. There are no lifts either which means you have some how get your luggage up all the stairs. A bit difficult if you’re a bit older and not as fit as you used to be.

The location is more than perfect, a stone's throw from the old town, walking distance to everywhere. Despite being right in the centre, the flat is very quiet and you can hardly hear anything (maybe a bit of the neighbours). It has a coffee machine, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, iron...in short, everything you could need. Totally recommendable. I would stay here again without hesitation. I forgot, you can leave your luggage free of charge in their offices once you have checked out. What else could I say? someone who loves his job and who proves it every day. Congratulations to the team.

We stayed here 5 nights and stayed in the studio apartment with the castle view located on the 3rd floor. The apartment itself was alright, and the location was great. The kitchen was decently equipped, and everything was clean inside. The mattress was definitely not great and needs replacing, the windows were dirty, the sink in the bathroom was weird - you had to turn it up to full to get the water to be warm which sprayed water everywhere, and the shower drain was running very slow, so you had to turn off the water and let it drain mid-shower or it would flood the bathroom.But my main complaint about this apartment was how LOUD it was, and how dismissive the staff was when we communicated our concerns to them. These apartments are right over a sushi restaurant, that opens at 11AM and closed at 10PM. The noise from the restaurant began at about 8AM everyday with the staff slamming doors constantly. Then when the restaurant was actually open very loud, bass heavy music played until at least 10:30PM every night. So, we basically had to have our sleep schedule dictated by when the restaurant would be making loud noise. We tried asking the staff it were possible to discuss at least the door slamming early in the morning with the restaurant, which I didn't expect to help at all, to be honest. The person we talked to was completely dismissive of our concerns and told us it was socially acceptable" to be loud at 8AM. I have no idea what world they live in where it is "socially acceptable" to be loud that early.I would not recommend staying here and would not stay here again myself."

Fantastic accommodation for 4 people and great location.Only down side was the lack of a lift - having to lug heavy bags up several flights of stairs (69 steps) was exhausting.

This is the best place to stay in Edinburgh, especially for families and tourist. Easy acceble to all major attractions and restaurants,pubs shopping, evening

Fantastic apartments in a wonderful central location, the apartment we had was HUGE and much more comfortable than a hotel room. A good kitchen with all the basics allowed us to cook a few meals which gave flexability and saved money over a hotel. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, well equipped - oh, and did I mention - HUGE!
