Took my ring in to be resized it came back marked and visible where it had been resized and stone also loose when I asked in shop about stone been loose I was told it was normal as shouldn't be set tight I wish I hadn't took my ring in

Great little shop the staff are really pleasant and extremely helpful. They were the only jewellers that actually took the time with us and even though they hadn’t got what we wanted in stock they showed us their books and they ordered our item in. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

It was the reviews here which led me to go to Chase Fine Jewellery & Watches, so I wanted to put one up myself. My wife and I were looking for an engagement ring to be resized, as well as looking at eternity rings. We found a ring that my wife fell in love with, the lovely people in this shop were so very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. They went above and beyond for us and, having picked up the resized ring and new eternity ring today, my wife is beyond happy! Lovely people and lovely shop

Called yesterday to enquire about piercing services. Booked in 10am the next day. Very professional. Owner clearly very good and proud of his profession. Only pierces using gold as it helps with the healing. The process took about 15 minutes from choosing a piercing, the after care discussion and the piercing. No pain at all, just a slight pinch. Very happy

I’m so glad I took my daughter and niece here today. They both had there ears pierced and from start to finish they were fantastic. Made the children feel very comfortable.It was a pleasure going there and definitely recommend to parents who want there childrens ears done.The kids got a certificate and little teddy aswell which was lovely.Thankyou so much.

Visited the shop today with my daughter and I must say what an absolutely fantastic service! My daughter wanted her ears piercing for the second time I honestly can’t recommend them enough. I even decided to get mine pierced again too while there! The time were patient, kind and I hardly felt anything!
