Laura and Alex were helpful when I was changing my car , She catered to what I needed in a car , gave me choices and explained where I had questions . Adam was absolutely amazing, such a friendlyyoung man. He went through absolutely everything with me. The whole experience was completely stress free. I had regular updates on where the vehicle was and contacted me straight away as soon as my new car was ready. Even after receiving the car Adam made contact to ensure i was happy and getting along with the car ok (my first automatic and i was really nervous) I literally can not pick and faults. 5* service from start to finish. Thankyou Adam!!

Came to Renault to order a Motability car. The showroom is spotless & the customer service excellent. I’ve dealt with Jonjo, who had been brilliant. From start to finish, the process has been smooth and the communication excellent. My car has come earlier than expected but I appreciate realistic timeline expectations. The handover and information provided is really good. I highly recommend both Stoneacre Chesterfield (Renault) and Jonjo.

The guys are very knowledgeable and nothing is too much for them at all. Jonjo Caton was as helpful as ever and again nothing was too much trouble. They listen to the customers and really try very hard to match the car with everything the customer requires.This is our third car from these guys and it most definitely won't be the last.
