Every and any question was welcome and we were made to feel safe as the process of buying a house for the first time can be unsettling. BGW’s Libby and Alyson were amazing.We cannot recommend them enough. Although we are four hours away from their office, it made no difference to the high quality and responsive service we received. We will be using them for any and all future legal needs.

I used this company for Conveyancing.They spelt the name of the Vendors Solicitor wrong. As a result, the email address they were using to communicate with the sellers solicitors was non-existent. That problem went on for over eight weeks. It was the Estate Agent who asked for them to forward on an email who finally noticed their error. BGW then tried to put the blame on the Vendors Solicitor by saying the Vendors Solicitor did not have a bounce back service, so they didn’t know their emails were not reaching them. Finally, when it came to signing the Land Registry Form, at the end, I had to correct the error they had made in the contact details.From start to finish it was not a good experience.

I found our BGW solicitor was friendly, communicative and reliable. She made the sale of our house easy and understandable. We were reassured we were in good hands and she was able to help us through the in inevitable holds ups and hick ups. I would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend libby and her team enough, everyone was so helpfull with not only the sale of our house but buying our new home too and advice in different matters!
