Perfect afternoon for wandering around the park and ending it with a Caribbean Hot Chocolate (with rum!) while sitting in deck chairs.

This is my favourite park in Canterbury, very close to Canterbury East and the Roman Wall. Its beautiful in spring or autumn with all the trees and flower beds.

It's the best place to enjoy.From that little hill in the center of the garden, you can see the entire Canterbury from the top which is just amazing to see during evenings.You can just take a pizza and wine to chill and spend some good time with your partner or friends.

Went here for the food and drink festival, on the Saturday. Plenty of selection and nicely spread out. I thought the alcohol was twirly well priced, when you hear what had been charged at other events during the year.Will certainly return again next year, as Dane John allows plenty of space to move around.

Lovely gardens that you can walk through or sit down and have a rest, kids can run around on the grass and play. A fountain. There is a nice little hut that you can get food and drinks.

Went to the food and cooking fair, had a really good time, everything was quite expensive but not as expensive as I was expecting. It was a big improvement to last year's food fair. Lots of things for kids to do. Good live music and lots of different foods to taste and buy.
