Wales and West is a brilliant social housing company. We rent a flat from them. The maintenance crew are fantastic. Socially responsible company who care about tenants. 4 stars - I'll change it to 5 once they've invested in our communal garden :)

Allow nuisance neighbours to make other peoples lives a misery and allow those nuisance neighbours to have that much rubbish in their garden it’s overflowing and stinking and attracting rats. They give abuse to the neighbours on the street and shout foul words at a 3 year old playing in her own garden. Brilliant, as long as they don’t have to live there and get the rent why would they care?!
