Selling our house during a global pandemic has been a fraught experience, to say the least but the staff at Fox Country Properties have been excellent throughout. From the helpful advice about how best to advertise the house to the best way to deal with the problems revealed by our buyers' survey and help from the lettings team when it came to finding a rental, the depth of experience at Fox Properties was really valuable. Lisa was always professional and kept us informed of developments at every step of the journey. These estate agents really earned their commission.

I’ve used Fox Country Properties to sell two properties now and both times have been extremely smooth, swift and any barriers to the sale have been swiftly dealt with in a professional manner. The staff are friendly, efficient and available throughout the process. The brochure and photos are extremely high quality and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Both properties I listed sold within 4 days. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

We recently sold and purchased a property with Fox Country Properties and couldn't recommend them enough. Anthony, Lynn and Lisa are a friendly, professional team and did their best to keep us informed at all stages. From start to finish we felt they provided us with valuable information to pitch our house at the right price and provided beautiful photography that reflected the character and quality of our property. It's always a stressful time moving house but if you do decide to choose Fox they endeavour to make the process a lot easier by going that extra mile.

We sold my Mothers house recently and had quite a lot of going backwards and forwards due to the original buyers. We found the staff at Fox fantastic. Fox Country Properties were excellent in assisting me in selling my parents house. I found the advice everyone gave was informed at all stages of the sale. I also found everyone to be responsive to both my emails and many phone calls. This sale was not straight forwards the first chain broke but they had potential buyers in reserve. Also they know Kibworth and understand the value and potential of properties in this village. I would fully recommend this agent and all its staff.

I recently went through a house move and although Fox Country Properties were not my estate agents, but the estate agents of my seller, they were absolutely brilliant! Lisa in particular went above and beyond to help me and answer any queries I had as my own estate agent, Nest were not particularly forthcoming. Emails and phone calls were always answered promptly and although I felt rather abandoned by my own estate agents it certainly wasn’t the case with Fox. I would highly recommend anyone to use Fox for their conveyancing. First class service with a personal touch.
