Ordered the family platter everything apart from the chicken wings was lovely. The chicken wings was delivered pink and raw. I rung up the restaurant to ask for a refund for the chicken wings only and they told me they didn’t have a refund policy and asked if I wanted more chicken wings. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

appalling customer service, cannot get an order cancelled, won't answer the phone to deliveroo to cancel it even though they called us to tell us to do so however won't confirm.They hang up the phone three times while trying to get this sorted.absolutely avoid this place!

I would highly recommend anybody in the area to eat here! by far the best food i have tried for a while. Staff were kind and treated me more like a friend than a customer. I ordered a half grilled chicken and they were happy to mix my flavours between lemon and herb and hot. I absolutely loved it and would not hesitate for a second to order again. Thank you Mama Pollo for this great service. See you again soon!

The Brighton one is shocking,waited 1h.15 min for the food to arrive. Warm food ,the wrap was as wide as my thumb a burger as big as maccy ds and the delivery driver looked embarrassed, never again

Grilled Chicken done to a high standard, reasonably priced with a huge varied menu. Staff are lovely, generous people. Interiors are modern, stylish and clean. I recommend everyone in Brighton try Mama Pollo, one of the best all around new food establishments in the area.

Very good for what it is. The lemon herb chicken strips are absolutely delicious. Fries, corn on the cob and onion rings are about what you’d expect. Some burgers are a bit plain with the bread overpowering the other flavours, but for such a low price it’s perfect.

I love the Grilled Chicken Mega/Family Platter and always use Uber eats and order (just did today too) and the food always comes fresh, juicy (grilled chicken), delicious and at the right temperature. But, I don’t know why or how, unfortunately lately something is always missing… today was the drink.2 of the times, I called the restaurant they apologised and they put a note next to my name for the next time, and I got it when I reordered again. A few weeks later did again through Uber eats, and called the restaurant for a reminder and they indeed sent it. The manager told me he would make sure to pack it himself so nothing would be missing again and it was all there indeed. But unfortunately the following times happened again and again different items and I didn’t call. I’m finding it annoying having to call all the time to complain of an missing item! I think I’m going to stop ordering even though the grilled chicken that it’s the only thing I order and recommended so many times to my friends and family, is delicious. Five stars!! I just hope they fix this problem or many people are going to stop ordering.

Ordered our food . It took them almost 2hrs to deliver , called them a couple of times only to be told it’s on its way both times . When it arrived , the chicken was cold, don’t even get me started on the chips , they was cold , rubbery , stale very disappointing. Would not recommend and not worth the wait .

The staff was so nice and kind but the food was very disappointing. The fries were SO bland. I’ve never had something that bad before. The chicken was fine. There was pretty much no taste. The rice box was decent.

Waited 2.5 hours for my food. Called the restaurant they didn't have a proper response. I asked them to cancel my order they apologised and said they will give extra food as an apology to my surprise they didn't give anything. I paid the entire amount for my food and the pizza was undercooked and cold.
