Absolutely total con. Web site said no call out fee but I was charged £89 for this and an outrageous labour charge for less than 5 minutes. The door was locked (would not lock before) but once opened would not relock, so did not resolve the problem. I felt intimidated into paying!

Amazing service. Requested a quote on checkatrade. James phoned within a few minutes to quote and arrange a visit. James came within 2 hours, was very friendly and polite. The job was finished within half an hour. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely brilliant service - our lock broke a few months back and we had a prompt efficient service where it was fixed .Last week the door wouldn’t lock- The door frame had moved so we couldn’t lock the door - once again fantastic service without delay , fixed the door with a friendly helpful service I cant recommend enough - so impressedThank you ☺️
