With a busy life and mind I find it hard to take time out, relax and appreciate what’s around me, I’ve found this particularly difficult at the moment while starting a new business venture.After trying numerous classes disciplines ect for the various reasons over the years and never really getting to the ‘Zen’ stage, ‘You know the stage, where your not thinking of what bills need paying and what’s for dinner tonight’, Sooz at Clarity and Confidence has finally enabled me to master it.With Sooz’s easy going nature and enthusiasm and passion in buckets, the hour a week I spend in the Meditation and Mindfulness class is one of my most favourites.With lots of techniques and practices you can take away and implement in your day to day life C&C has not only helped me relax, stop worrying so much about the not so important things in life but it’s also helped me focus more on building my business which is big yay.
