Very short and sharp lady/girl on the phone. Ribs lovely, prawn balls more flour and batter than prawn, awful. Won't be going here again.

First time I tried this place and the last a young lad probably no older than 12 at the till food was disgusting beef didn't look or tast like beef chicken the same sweet and sour sauce so watery and tasteless the worst Chinese I have ever had wast off 25 pounds chucked most of it away

Not a bad Chinese takeaway. Food is delivered pretty quickly. Their soups are lovely. Another fav of mine is the chicken curry and chips, beef in black bean sauce with green pepper... Having tried most of the Chinese takeaway in Kinson, I'd have to say this is probably the best of a bad bunch.....

Tried finding a good quality chinese takeaway with reasonable prices. Recommend by my brother and tried yesterday evening and can honestly say that it's one of the best. I have to travel a few miles to get there but it's worth it.

We have a multitude of Chinese takeaways near us and we haven't used this one for some years.We recently tried it and now feel we've missed out! The food is amazingly fresh and very tasty, with generous helpings, whilst being competitively priced.Recommended!

Terrible service and food! On ordering a £19.50 take away for my partner and i the egg fried rice was missing from my order. When I rang to request the rice the RUDE receptionist went away and apon coming back to the phone she said oh we will.send it out to you when we can!"......I replied what no apology?And she stated quite firmly " that is your apology!"......What bad manners and service! The ribs were smaller than my little finger and the chicken balls dry! Will never order from here again and will be advising friends and family that live in the area to do the same!! Manners cost nothing!!!"

The food here is SO good. The prices are honestly so reasonable.JULY 2022 UPDATE: their prices have gone up but they're still cheaper than other places. I do wish they'd kept the same prices but I understand the prices of ingredients have gone up.

Best Chinese in Bournemouth. Food is always immaculate, fresh and tasty. Amazing portion sizes. Customer service is polite, always very clear and always gets our orders first time. Prawn toast is to die for and house special chow mein with satay sauce is unreal. Move over Top Wok.

Wrong dish was sent with order, called restaurant to make them aware who then proceeded to argue that we were wrong and they were right. Agreed to send out the correct dish at an additional cost to us. Poor customer service skills.
