Wont be going back to Clear Ridge, Had to cancel 1 appointment due to them running late (luckily they phoned just as we were leaving) The next appointment we waited ages, then someone who just walked in skipped the que, In the end gave up and went home, all we wanted to do was get out cat vaccinated.

I used this vets with my dog. He had few medical issues and I found the service brilliant. Rob did everything he could for my dog and was always honest with me. All the other staff were equally as good. I would highly recommend this practice.

Our pets receive okay care at this location but the humans receive very little care. Every appointment made resulted in a reschedule or (at least) 30 minute delay, including first-of-the-day appointments. We've continued using Clear Ridge for convenience and are quite excited to find another vet.

Invoices me 2 years late. Rude reception staff that hung up on me because she's had similar complains on the same day. They have terrible service; do not go here.

I recently had a few appointments every single one of them was rescheduled to a different date or time, on one occasion the were meant to call back but didn’t. On the day of the appointment 40 min waiting time. When asked about the cost of the standard op prior to booking it I was told the price to then be surprised 2 weeks later that the cost is 30% higher. To one of the appointments I was told at the door by the owner that I cannot come in as I don’t wear a mask (no masks required by law for 1 year). Receptionist rescued the situation at the time. Anyhow this was the last time they saw me and my doggy.

Went to get my cats claws clipped and some advantage flea treatment. Cost was £72 because apparently by law they have to do a full examination before prescribing it but at no point was this mentioned to me !!Pets at home just need the cats weight !!

Great service, friendly reception staff. The Othamologist was thorough. My only criticism would be that for the 2nd time I've been kept waiting an hour past my appointment time

This group have given excellent service to me and my dogs for twenty years plus, I have found them friendly and helpful to a fault. If they are running late it's probably because the vet is taking longer than expected with a previous patient and you would want that if it was your pet wouldn't you?
