My mother in law ordered (two weeks ago at least), my wife and I a high tea to be delivered between 11 and 1 as an anniversary treat.It is currently 15.35 and we've been told it's 'on the van' twice and that they're 'very busy' no excuse, if you can't handle the business you've been paid for doubt take on new business. If they can't hit a two hour window on a prebooked order, they cannot be relied upon for larger gigs.Nothing has arrived. Abysmal customer service. AvoidOnly getting one star because i can't give noneUPDATE Food arrived a few minutes before 4. All very tasty. Very good quality and loads of it. Have upgraded to 3 stars. Still very poor to be three hours late without calling your customer .

Went for a light bite lunch. Had a cheese and onion toastie served with coleslaw and salad really lovely and tasty. Had to wait a little while to be served but we were told this when ordering. Well worth the wait and the staff were very kind

Just a really nice place to come for breakfast or lunch. Great quality home cooked food and a good amount to choose from. Indoor seating is quite limited which is a shame for such a busy place but a large seating area outside to enjoy in the summer months.
