Didn’t even send my prescription to the pharmacy a week after my appointment, rang to ask why, said they had forgotten. This has happened a few times.

I have found everyone at this practice friendly and helpful,from the receptionists to the practice nurses. Referrals to other sevices have come through in reasonable time.

I can't praise this GP practice enough. Every member of staff I have ever spoken to is friendly, patient, empathetic and efficient. They must be under so much pressure, but they never let it show. There have been locum GPs for a while now, but I don't think that affects the quality of care at all.

Nothing but a good experience with the Village. Thank you to all the staff, especially the lovely nurse practitioner. We have been with the Village for over 15 years and nearly anyways had an appointment when needed. Looked after my children well too. Thank you!

Just phoned up to ask i I could be seen as I have not yet been contacted for my 40 year check, I'm 42 in December, they gave me 17th June. Great I thought, telephone appointment, didn't know you could do bloods and cholesterol that way, need to find new doctors
