Coach and team great Film / entertain good drinks good but organisation of passengers not goodSingle people had Seperate seats. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!Was a passenger on a coach that got us to our destination on time, but suffered a breakdown and was unable to get us home. The driver knew there was an issue 1 hour prior to our departure time but failed to notify us or arrange a replacement (we were only 1.5 hours from home so they could have got a replacement there pretty swiftly). The driver said we could travel on someone else’s coach IF there was space, but it wasn’t leaving for another hour and it also wouldn’t take us straight home. If we had waited to find out IF there was space, we would have missed the last train home so we were unable to stick around to find out. The company has not responded to our emails and has not reached out to even apologise. Instead it ONLY responds to bad reviews online and seems to attack the character of their customers rather than addressing the facts. Having not spoken to ANYONE from our party about the incident, I find it shocking that they have responded to a bad review with false statements about the event and by describing their customers as “obnoxious” and “bolshie”. Not what you expect from a professional firm at all.

Extremely dangerous driver. Tailgating multiple cars, whilst driving over 60miles per hour in heavy rain. Putting other drivers lives at risk. No breaking distance was given. Snap taken today in Bournemouth at 12:30pm. Please tell your driver to stop putting lives at risk.

Dan was simply the best! From the moment he arrived in Ynyswen to Brighton and back, he was very friendly and went out of his way to help! He found my phone that I left on the bus and even charged it for me for the return journey, just hope Dan can take us on our next trip!
