I came here today with no idea of vapes other than that I wanted an improvement over the disposable ones. Az was very friendly and extremely patient and helpful, he explained everything, let me try flavours and advised me on a nice introductory vape that I am very happy with. Prices seem very reasonable and it was nice to speak with someone who was happy to explain and teach me what I wanted to know. Very pleasant experience I highly recommend this store!

A great friendly shop with good prices and very helpful advice. Az doesn't try to sell you stuff, he's just a very helpful man. Old shop suffered from a fire in flats above, and this shop was greatly missed during the 3 weeks until it opened again a few doors along.

Az is an absolute legend, customer satisfaction is his no1 goal he looks after his customers.His prices are cheaper than everywhere else and he has a great range of liquids, disposables coils and new kits.If you live in the Newcastle area and haven't been to VapeAZ then you are missing out, try him, you won't be disappointed.Az is very knowledgeable about everything he sells and he won't sell you something if you don't need it which is a refreshing change.I was in the market for a new mod as mine was on its way out, Az asked for a look at my old mod then got his screwdrivers out and repaired it for me (for free) how many other traders will give you that kind of customer service? everywhere else would rather make a sale.
