Highly recommend dropping in to try some fragrances even if not looking to buy. Laura took me through the range and recommended me some scents which was really enjoyable. The outlet prices are good but unfortunately couldn't agree on a price for the one I wanted on this occasion. Will definitely be dropping in again in the future.

Extremely disappointed with the staff working there. I have asked them to show me some fragrances but the three of them were busy chatting rather than selling….so I left the shop without buying anything unfortunately.

I bought an Opus 1870 and it doesn't last... about 3 hours... and after that it smells like a very cheap perfume. I can't belive this happened to me, buying this perfume directly from a Penhaligon shop.Unfortunately I didn't have time to go back and refund it!I will never buy again!
