Saw Alan as experiencing neck restriction issues/pain, he carried out a thorough assessment, I then had 3 sessions with him and he gave me some advice on maintenance/exercises to do at home. Very happy with the results as my neck issues are now gone, no pain and the flexibility has returned! During the sessions Alan took the time to explain everything in great detail to make sure I understood what was going to happen and give me an insight in to how the muscles work and can become damaged, he is very knowledgeable and this helped put me at ease. He has a good set up too, his consultation/treatment room is a very comfortable and professional environment. Would highly recommend.

I have great confidence in his knowledge and treatment methods of massage problems, both of a general and sporting nature, and I highly recommend him.If you have any joint or muscle pain do yourself a favour and give him a call. You wont regret it. Totally relaxed atmosphere and professional service. i cant praise him enough.
