Excellent Jet ski Tour Thanks to Ceri, Jack, Elliot and the team for a great time. Great fun with sightseeing the coast at the same time. Highly recommended

All my staff needed to go on a sea survival course to get their sea survival certificates. Ceri arranged these in a very swift and professional manner. We also did our PPR Professional Practices and Responsibilities course through him, which was also excellent. One of the staff also did a Day Skippers course with Swansea Watersports which was delivered in the same professional manner.

Sadly disappointed by this center. I booked a course but plans changed, so selected rearrange date" on the booking email and it automatically canceled my booking.I have not had a refund

Absolutely superb company.I have completed 4 courses with Swansea Watersports and will return for ALL future tuition.The staff are entirely phenomenal, wholly professional and top tier.Ceri, the head of the company and whom I booked with, took the time and gave me all the information and advice I needed to assist me in my endeavour to pursue a career in the maritime industry.Danielle, the receptionist, is extremely accommodating and goes above and beyond.Sam, Ceri and Aston who have each taught me on separate occasions, are by every means, teachers that you learn a lot from.They all have years of experience and a wealth of knowledge. You can be assured that by the end of the course, you’re equipped and know exactly what you’re talking about.The courses are very practical and by the same token, a lot of fun.Facilities were very clean and they also provided impeccable kit.COVID rules were adhered to.I highly recommend Swansea Watersports as a first-class RYA training establishment.Look no further.

Booked us on last minute and we had a good time kayaking/ paddle boarding even though it was very cold for 30 people.Was promised use of a barbecue but unfortunately it hadn’t been cleaned since last summer the gent didn’t know we were to use it , Ceri the gent who took our booking was quite rude and try to tell me it would be fine to cook on as long as we burnt the grill first. I declined his offer and we subsequently held our own barbecue back at the campsiteHis total lack of empathy and sheer rudeness was a lot to be desired hence we won’t use his services again.
