The Boathouse Plymouth
Great location. Seating both inside and out. Great view of the harbour.Staff are friendly and helpful. It's primarily a fish restaurant - if you don't like fish don't go there, conversely if you like fish definitely pay a visit. Dogs and children are welcome. There are vegan alternatives

Office party. Buffet food was pretty tasty. Plenty of it. Hard to rate service as the staff were busy pouring drinks. No personal contact with staff. Atmosphere, probably a nice place to go for a meal. When not full of an Xmas party.

Absolutely fantastic food & excellent service. The Little Nippers menu is just enough if you are stopping in a hotel with a four course meal to devour later on.The Fish Finger meal isn't just normal standard fish fingers but fresh fish cooked/battered to order & about 2 inches wide & 5 inches long & very nice.Highly recommended & would visit here again. If you go on the boat trip opposite you get 10% off your food too.

Fabulous location and great staff. Used to do excellent crab sandwiches with thick cut, soft white bread. Now changed to soft sub roll". For that read dry

My partner and I enjoyed traditional fish and chips. The quality of our meal was first class, and my partner enjoyed the proper chunky chips. We will be back again very soon for another delightful afternoon/evening meal.At the time of our visit, it was fairly quiet, we like that as we can hear each other. But people were starting to arrive as the evening progressed. Lovely, friendly atmosphere.

Nice long lunch. Sat outside shaded from the sun. Lemon sole in Lemon caper butter for me, moules for my wife. Bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. Lovely.

This is the second time we've been and the food is just as good as last year's!The staff were so chatty and knowledgeable of the menu. We got chatting to one of them about the different guns. The fish was lovely and fresh. Very generous portions. We came thinking we'd order more but didn't need to.
