Bought quite a few shirts for myself from Next. I do like to shop here when I can. I have never had any problems with anything I have bought from here. If I do need to exchange items it’s really simple. Customer ice is always good here I think.

REVIEW FOR NEXT.Good products and impressive line of suits, but very rude customer service. I was very happy with the suit till I was with the cashier, but other staffs were on very good behaviour. When we reached the till, the cashier was very unwelcoming and loathing. The cashier wasn't ready to answer the queries I had or wasn't supportive at all. This ruined my mood for the day and I regret ever going there. Maybe it was a race thing as l am not from around here and am used to being treated differently but not to this extreme.

Fantastic return experience. Just take the items to the first floor and scan the barcodes and you can return them. No need to speak to people (great for introverts) and got the refund quickly.

Next at Meadowhall Shopping Centre on the outskirts of Sheffield is a very large store on two floors. There's a huge selection of clothes and other articles all very nearly organised.Parking isn't a problem as there's indoor and outdoor parking (at this centre).Even the parking spaces are nice and wide and that's a pleasant surprise.

Clothing in this store is of good quality with a good range of sizes. The Next brand is fantastic. However, I can not say the same for some of the staff in the store at medowhall . When inquiring about sizes, we were told to go ask at the tills. Once we arrived at the tills the que was very long with only 3 members of staff on. Fortunately, the staff member at the till was lovely and very helpful and explained that we could order the size in as they didn't have it in at that time.

It's a pretty good clothing store with a good selection, being one of the bigger stores in the area it has plenty of room to give more choices, there are those not too far away that have limited room and have limited choices, this is a good store, I found ample choices in most sizes, although sale items tend to be the sizes that don't sell , they have a home section which is ok but a nearby next home has more choices
