Sara was very helpful, she listened and understood the problem. Explaining the issue she had found in her full assessment. This was given at a level she knew we understood, telling you what you did right, then laying out what you can change, increase, adapt, and a totally new ideas.But most importantly understood your frustration with the animal you have spent weeks trying to help. Her job is partly showing the owner that the animal will do what's needed... though it may take her a few attempts, or come up with a work around a very wise animal. But also encouraging you that it's worth renewing your efforts, and the tiny amount of improvement you had made, will now increase, with a firm timetable and a fair judgement on a recovery you can expect.Offering email contact to share your frustration, need for advice, and your wins,As with all these things, she understands human and animal relationship has been strained and needs help and understanding.In my case the vet was pushing pills, and expensive tests. Which l knew was a deadend, but then l had to find another route, then get my vet to do paperwork to allow Sara to help. My frustration at this point and the 8 day delay on top of the pointless 16 days of vet care,Sara's manner and care was the most important part, yet often overlooked.I'm writing this review many months on, and can report that my puppy has fully recovered, once again a 4 legged dog. Rather than a 3 legged dog with a kick stand. His recovery was faster and smoother than we both thought.My tiny dog is very much at the end of her scale, but didn't phase her one bit. Highly recommend Sara , her rates are perfectly placed for you to take an option that in my opinion will often work better than veterinary pills and time.
