Great dietary alternatives. I taste tested the vegan shakes vs milk and liked the soy version more, even without cream. Staff are polite, quick, not very talkative. Seating is comfy, ample, and toilets are great.

We've had coffee at Tim Hortons a lot but today the coffee was watered down and burnt and not expected from a large chain like this. I know my coffee alot and normally like the chocolatey notes in the coffee but all I taste was burnt beans. Management please take note.

Went for lunch during the week, the place looked nice and clean and welcoming, it was quiet, the food was ready very quickly which I thought was a positive but the lattice fries tasted as if they had been made days before, they were cold and stale. The burger tasted okay but overall wasn't great especially for the price. The only good thing was the Boston creme donut. Wouldn't go again as it's a waste of money on cold mediocre quality food. 1 star as you go for food and the food was not worth it at all.

Food was cold! Asked for no whipped cream on my drink because I can’t have whipped cream. The drink got sent with whipped cream so completely wasted my money

The food here is decent, but the problem is the price. For a meal you're looking at least £10 compared to competitors which are £3 or £4 cheaper. The issue is that it's not worth the extra spending and often you're getting less food. I would also question quality, as BK and MD both grill their burger patties but it's obvious that TH steam their's. This makes it an acquired taste.I personally like it but only enough to do it once a month.

More style over substance. Burgers were a bit floppy and grey and small amount of sauce and gherkin salsa. Lattice fries are basically glued together fries that you end up eating quicker. It's like McDonald's but a tiny bit classier and a lot less stressful with plenty of parking. For the small number of people in the restaurant I thought it wasn't the cleanest place I've been in.Probably the best Canadian restaurant in Plymouth though.

TRULY DREADFULIf you like to wait ages for your order and overpay for basic food, only for it to arrive like it was flattened by a diseased foot - then this is the place for you.Like all Timmy's in the UK - the permeating stench of stale cooking oil overpowers the sit down area, so everything tastes like fried beef ... donuts, coffee, chicken .. everything except the actual beef burgers.I had one labelled as a chilli-cheese burger, only to find no chilli, what tasted like sugar and the weirdest aftertaste known to man.If they advertise a specialty coffee (popcorn latte, caramel s'mores latte) - avoid these like the plague, because they will all be terrible. The only reason why it's a two star and not a one star rating is because the standard things are okay. Basic coffee and donuts. But you'd have to be an idiot to repeatedly eat here ... I guess that makes me the idiot?!

Upon first impressions the restaurant looks inviting charming and comfortable, less school dinner hall layout like the others and more on par with a coffee shop ,with IKEA style tables and chairs which you can really relax in. Had a nice ambience of mood lighting furnishing and music. However really surprised at the low quality of the food considering this is a well known Canadian chain I’d of expected higher standards especially as you need to take out a mortgage to eat there! Easy to order on the touch screen so you can add or take away food depending on your taste and budget.£8 for a meal deal, when you are a family of 4 is eye watering though and something I’ll never forget, but as it’s a new concept to the uk thought we’d give it a shot as I know their fresh brew coffee is pretty good. So much choice on the menu you often don’t know where to start, but it’s pot luck on getting something you’ll like, sitting there thinking maybe should of made the effort to do the full circuit on Tavistock road just to have what we know best, but we thought we would live and learn, nothing ventured nothing gained. What was surprising was the place was half empty, so this should of been a massive clue. The burgers were like another comment said, kebab shop / fairground quality, spongy mushy (beef?) patties, cheap tasting, even similar to a snacksters micro burger!! Patties were too big for the bun and slipping out into the strange piece of foil it was wrapped in. Weird flavourless meat couldn’t work out if they needed more seasoning, so threw a load of salt on them. Supermarket lattice fries which were all stuck together, milkshakes which are synthetic tasting, watery as full of slushy ice which will give you stomach freeze. If the food wasn’t smothered in sauce and salt it would of been almost inedible, family disappointed and cursing us for not eating at other choices close by, really hoped this place would be a little taste of Canada and worth it.

My first visit to one of these and its not bad at all!Breakfast items less greasy than other outlets" and reasonable prices too.Downside is no porridge at our time of visit so our little one opted to have a bagel with jam only to be told no jam either.Place was clean."
