Dreadful company. Stay away unless you want a battle to get your money refunded for faulty goods. That is what has happened to me. I bought an allergy vacuum from this company and on 1st use air was escaping and therefore dust. I contacted Killis who at first told me I would need to pay nearly £20 to return vacuum. I know the distance selling laws very well and explained that the return of faulty goods must be paid by the seller. They have now had the vacuum back over a fortnight and besides telephone assurance that the money would be returned promptly I am still waiting. Accounts dept no one available. Manager on another call no one wants to speak to you once they have your money. Take my advice and spend your money elsewhere where you are appreciated.Ps had to give one star or review cannot be posted

Have used Killis for many many years. Yesterday needed some replacement filters and bags for a vacuum cleaner we purchased from them some years ago. Ordered over the phone at 3pm yesterday arrived this morning before 10 am - Excellent service as ever
