I love Costa coffee, but with this shop it depends what staff are on! The other Friday the lady on the till was really busy catching up with her friend about varioys shenanigans and counting down until she finished work! She also complained loudly about the new packaging now the UK is not in the EU and I really dont like being called love by someone so very much younger than me and someone I dont know! But that is me! Then she continued her countdown to finishing work!! The coffee is marvellous, on the whole the shop is clean and I will carry on using Costa, but maybe venture further afield

A very busy day and an obviously understaffed team. (There was a very polite notice to this effect displayed). The 3 staff worked their socks off with no let up. All credit to the 3 of them for not caving under the pressure and getting all the orders out as quickly as they possibly could. Thank you.

Staff are excellent however there needs to be more people serving in a morning. Always takes about 15-20 minutes to get served because there is only one member of staff racing around like a blue arsed fly trying to make food and drinks for collection, online and justeat orders. Why have so little staff at your busiest time of the day? Frustrating.

Very busy coffee outlet. Seating upstairs too. Coffee good, staff friendly and efficient. Disability entrance. You might be lucky to park outside for forty minutes to use shops. Toilets up and downstairs.

Even though it's a chain coffee shop, it definitely has a quaint quality to it, especially the more secluded upper level of the shop with the window overlooking the high street. Wonderful coffee shop with wide variety of drinks and foods with a reasonably often changing menu.
