I went in to the shop and the gentlemen who assisted, he was very understanding and grate knowledge and quick, my phone was ready to pick up in less the 20 minutes. I can only recommend his service. Thank you so so much.

Awful service. Had my Samsung replaced by the technician which he done fine. Within two weeks the screen was playing up not allowing me to press certain keys and would go into a world of its own". I took the phone back in to this store with this problem and could hear a rattling noise coming from near the ear piece. I asked the technician if he could look at it which he said its working fine just reset the phone when this problem happens again. A week later the screen cracks randomly where the rattling noise comes from. I took the phone Back to the store explained the situation. The technician was very rude snatched the phone from my hand and started hitting it with a metal tipped pen and kept saying "good screen" this has caused more damage to the crack and further dents. The technician also told me to take my phone to apple as he would not touch it as its not warranted. I told him its a Samsung not a apple which he further hit the screen with a pen and said to me "I don't care. I won't fix it. It's a good screen go away".I have since emailed a complaint to Itech which it has been four weeks with no response at all.Please people don't trust this place they will con you. Very bad customer service."

Highly recommend this phone shop! Sandhu was incredibly helpful and replaced my iPhone battery within half an hour. Also kindly fitted a new screen protector and case. The customer service was excellent, all questions carefully answered and not a pushy salesman like many others are. I felt relaxed and well looked after. Very easy to recommend! 5* customer care. Very happy. Previously had my screen fixed in a shop in Reading and it was so badly done. The screen only lasted 6 months and it started falling apart. The gentleman in iTech did a fantastic job on it. Screen is much better quality now. Highly reccomend.
