Good service from an owner who has a good knowledge of the area and spots to fish with baits required. Also has a varied selection of tackle on sale. I will definitely use the shop again!

Fisherman's corner. This is probably the best tackle shop in Thanet. Fully stocked with the best in fishing. Fishing boat bookings,bait,plus more than you could possibly want and need to enjoy fishing,also Bruce the owner ,a local man,can give you the best advice on any questions you might have about local fishing and best spots to fish. This place is a well good visit.

This tackle shop is small BUT don't let that put you off as it stocks absolutely everything you need. John the assistant is full of local knowledge and loves to have a chat and if your new to the area will guide you in the right places to go

Bearing in mind I visited during the easing of the lockdown, the owner was still taking all the necessary measures to protect him and us from any infections. 10/10 just for that. The owner was friendly and helpful and the shop appeared well stocked. Good position by the harbour. 10/10

Nice guys who are always helpful with local information about fishing locations, but the most expensive bait I've ever bought.. my advice is channel angling for bait in Dover, fisherman's corner £8 for 1 score of black lug worms and channel is half the price for yellow.. worth the effort to get into Dover for the bait.. asked for fresh lug £4 10 and they were dead and blown..

This little shop tucked up along what the locals know as Kent Steps in Ramsgate is Thanet's little secret. The shop has been there as far as I can remember (well over 25 years) with the same owners who have always been really helpful and stock all the essentials you need for fishing around the Kent area.Call in to the shop, its open 7 days a week, have a look around and you will wonder why you haven't been there before!
