I spoke with Nick and his brother on the phone a few weeks ago to try and arrange a pre purchase inspection on a Volvo I was looking at in the Birmingham area.Although I couldn't work things out with the seller to drop it in, both gents were tremendously helpful, taking a lot of time to offer advice, even reviewing the car ad while I was on the phone and offering their thoughts at no charge or expectation. All this despite it being a Friday afternoon just before closing!They even offered to try and fit the job in during the following week despite being booked up. Both were very friendly and if I lived in the area I would feel very comfortable entrusting my car to them. Thanks for your time!

The team is very knowledgeable, Nick, Dave all the Technicians always deliver with fair prices, all types of cars, especially all Volvo models, hence my confidence to take my well cared car.Highly recommend this dealer. My family and friends are always sent to have the cars serviced.

I have had several jobs done by Chris at WF PYE Motor Company over the last two years. Chris replaced bumper/wing strip on a 2020 SEAT Terraco and the only substantive cost was the part and he ended up charging less than he originally quoted for labour. The photos attached are of the Mercedes A35 AMG, Chris replaced the rear valance and aligned my bumper on my AMG A35 and did a sterling job, one would not have known it was ever replaced . He also repaired, repainted and blended wing on my Volvo V40 which was less than a year old at the time, after some numpty hit and run it in a car park. The quality of the job and finish were amazing, I was convinced I may have had to replace the wing on the Volvo, but Chris reassured me that he could repair it. This was plus for me it kept costs down and the result was a testament to his skill & craft work, I genuinely could not tell it had been repainted and repaired, the crease lines around arch were bang on and paint blended with other panels. The quotes for all his work are honest and fair and the level of professionalism makes you feel at ease when leaving your pride and joy with them. I’m popping in morning with my new toy a Golf which is in need of a minor cosmetic touch up on a wing and I’m sure to be posting a review on that too.

My love affair with Volvo started 2006 after driving an S60 T5. I vowed i would one day own a Volvo, after long hard saving I got a Volvo v60 R Design D4 and I am obsessed with it. My car needs to be on point as I drive a few times a month back to Newcastle upon Tyne. So when the cambelt, service and MOT were due the volvo dealership it usually goes to was just a little bit too expensive to justify. I used the Volvo owners club forums to research for company's to take the job on. Quite early into my research WF Pye became a front runner among the garages i looked at in both the Birmingham and Newcastle areas to entrust my pride and joy to.Whats my thoughts on WF Pye after having the work done? . Well by the 5 start rating you can guess where this is going , the whole experience was on par with the Volvo main dealers, great service, staff that understand and share my passion for my car, I have found evidence that Volvo parts where used. So will I be going back to Volvo main dealers next year for its service and MOT? frankly I don't see the point WF Pye are doing a great job, so see you next year lads, take care, Thanks Geordie.

Absolutely first class garage and will take my car here from now on. Fitted two new tyres and water jet washers, lovely bunch of lads I can highly recommend, big thank you to Nick and Chris was great chatting with you.

Went here around 2 months ago for a diagnostic on my C30 engine which had miraculously took a turn for the worst overnight. After explaining the issue I had with my vehicle to both Dave & Nick I handed the keys over to them to work their magic.I received regular contact with Dave throughout the diagnostic process, he thoroughly ran me through what had been done, how the vehicle had reacted to the work done and what the next cause of action was - I was always kept at the forefront of the things and with the price in mind.After just over a week of my wonderful C30 being kept in the workshop, I was informed that the problem had been solved and that it was in fact contaminated fuel. On top of this, I also asked for a full service to be carried out and I have had no issue since ‘touch wood’.Just want to say a big thank you to all at W.F. Pye for their courtesy, conscientiousness and service. One happy customer and will 100% be using them in the future if required.

Superb service from Dave and the team. They really helped me out when my work van needed a new starter motor and had me back on the road within a day even though they were already very busy. I will definitely be using them again.

Had an issue with noise coming from engine, called in to book for test drive. The issue has been identified and fixed, will definitely be using them for future repairs.
