I haven’t received my order yet so will post another review later, but I was surprised by the £12 delivery charge and I’ve realised that this applies regardless of the package size so if I buy a small packet of hog ring clips for £14 for example, then this is almost doubled by the delivery charge!

I purchased a raised bed and damaged a panel whilst installing, customer service were very helpful in replacing it quickly and for just a P & P charge. The product is excellent and very good value. Highly recommend them.

You can tell how good a company is by the way they deal with any issues. I cannot praise this company highly enough especially Bethany who dealt with me. Would recommend to everyone . Thanks

Update 2023: Still abosutley giving this company 5 stars! I placed another order over the phone. The lady who took the order intially said that they don't take phone orders, but she was new to to the job and didn't know that this is possible. Once I explained that I have ordered over the phone before she asked a colleague to assist her and my order was processed very quickly and professionally! My order arrived 2 days later and is now happily in place as a back mesh panel extension to the climbing veg frame I built last year using wire mesh panels from Ultimate One! Again, top class service! - and STILL the Ultimate One of wire mesh panels!2022: Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly service, thank you so much! My order was dispached promptly despite there being a bank holiday inbetween placing the order and receiving it. I ordered over the phone as I am not great online and the young lady was very accomodating, understanding and patient! I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. Five stars well deserved! Definitely the Ultimate One of wire mesh!

I am very pleased with my purchase of wire mesh. 1 inch square self coloring welded mesh. I have used it today and it does not discolor the mesh to far away from the weld. Thank you very much for your service.
