Woman didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. Asked for a sample and she got it without saying a word. Terrible customer service. If you’re looking for fragrance advice I wouldn’t recommend going here. Miserable and silent.

Visited today with my disabled, autistic Brother as he wanted to buy his Aunt a birthday present. When came to pay he handed over the book and his Works bonus card. Without even looking the assistant snapped at him he had to scan it on the card machine he became flustered as obviously it didn't scan. She then snapped at him Well have you done it yet!" At this point I stood in I said
