Bought a Ford Focus ST from Atlas. The car seemed too good to be true in the description and photographs.Took a punt after talking to Phil about the car on the phone.It was a 3 hour journey to get there so would have been a big disappointment if the car was not as described.No worries there. The car was even better than I was expecting. Gave me a good part exchange price for my Astra. Well happy with Atlas. Buy with confidence.

First time using Atlas autos and I was completely satisfied with everything from start to finish, Curt was very helpful with everything. Gave me an excellent price for my previous car to trade in. I didn't have to do anything they did everything for me paperwork etc even as far as taxing the car and making sure I had petrol in the car, picked my new car up within a few daysCar was perfectly clean on picking up. Having viewed a car the previous weekend at a dealer in Ipswich where the experience was nothing short of horrific, the polar opposite was true when visiting Atlas Autos.I spoke with Curt on the phone prior to making the 1 hour journey & upon arrival was greeted with tea, donuts & a warm welcome.The car had been pulled round for me ready, but before I was even allowed to view it I was told of all the good & bad points. The bad points weren’t to be a concern as they would all be rectified before the car could leave the forecourt for myself or any other buyer.I pointed out that the cambelt may be due soon & I’d like that job done if I was to proceed. This was not a problem and they were happy to oblige.I picked the vehicle up just over a week later & as promised any minor issues & bigger ones (cambelt) had all been completed along with a full detail.The car looked brand new despite being 8 years old. Kudos to the in House valeter.I could not fault the customer service I have received from Atlas Autos & the car is better than I had hoped for.I felt the price was very fair compared to others I was looking at, not cheap, but not loaded either.You will not be disappointed by this shining example of a used car dealership.

Stay clear of this dealer , after care shocking , quality shocking going through the ombudsman with over 200 videos and photos of issues with the vehicle since literally day one of purchase , shoddy workmanship when sent back to rectify , fake job sheet of work apparently done , no change in any thing except some paint work
