We didn't really know exactly which kayak we wanted and the staff were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and willing to let us explore different options. In price terms, they were on par with or below most online sellers.The product we purchased was very well packaged, excellent quality and has been in near constant daytime use without issue.I would thoroughly recommend Cambridge Kayaks for anyone looking for a kayak, whatever your experience and knowledge level.

Kayaking is something i have always wanted to try. We liked the reviews that Cambridge Kayaks had received and the look of the kayaks. I received mine on a next day carriage, supper fast and the staff were really helpful. My son got his 2 weeks later because he went through amazon but ordered at the same time as me. I got the trolley but don't use it, they are light enough to carry on one shoulder ,once you get the hang of it. They handle really good and are very stable, excellent on rivers. But i recommend the spray deck in the sea, we got a good soaking from the spray coming over the top as it cuts through the waves. The seat makes all the difference, especially on a long trek. The longest trek so far has been 14 miles on the river Dee, great fun and loved every minute of it.

Just received my Cambridge Kayaks Adventure 450 this morning, delighted with it, looks stunning in white. I haven't tried it yet but can't wait, weather permitting. Shipping to N.I. took 11 days which was within the estimated delivery time and the cost of shipping to N.I. (£79.99 at the time of writing) was reasonable given the amount of paperwork and the logistical problems involved.Also great that it came supplied with a spray deck and a paddle, All in all a great package to get into sea kayaks and provides everything that I'm ever likely to need.

Purchase the manta Christmas last.. my first trip out with friends also with Cambridge kayaks this June 2023. Unfortunately I rolled the kayak and lost the seat as this model doesn’t have anything to hold the in only a small bungee type fixing which isn’t enough. Upon inspection of my friends kayaks there seats were fixed unlike my manta… be careful of this product as it’s not a great design when it comes to the seat. All I got back from Cambridge kayaks was the manta has now been upgraded, not much use to me.
