My little Toy Poodle Poppy & I had our first encounter here this week. The receptionists were very friendly & explained everything to us very clearly.Beth the vet was very nice in deed.She was very professional and explained everything in detail very precisely. I was very impressed with the set up and the cleanliness. We are very happy to have such a positive first visit.So there will be no concerns on our next visit. Rosalind & Poppy xxx

My first visit to this vet as just moved here and I'm pretty fussy as my last vet was very good. First impressions were very good, very friendly and helpful by reception and vet. Really good with my anxious youngest dog, patient and calm which made her feel calm. Good luck looking after the other 2

I am very impressed, one of our guinea pigs became unwell and required several visits. Every visit was great - professional service and everything explained in good detail, costs were kept as reasonable as possible and nothing seemed too much trouble, our pet was very well looked after. Every single member of staff I encountered both in Cheddar and Wedmore were the same, absolutely brilliant. I am pleased to say we finally have a happy and healthy piggie again - highly recommend!UPDATE - we now also have a puppy and again, they have been absolutely brilliant at each visit. Our labradoodle loves going to the vets, she gets so excited each time and this is entirely down the all the staff and the way they always treat her. Definitely still highly recommend!

I have always used axe valley vets as they are experienced in what they do for your animals and listen to your concerns then explain what can be done and the cost of it.

I’m always impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. The reception is always welcoming even when it’s busy. The vets take the time to explain their assessment and next steps. They also explain what the next option might be if things don’t improve as hoped. I always leave feeling the benefit of expert help and professional support.

An exceptionally kind and caring Veterinary service. They have looked after all of my cats over the years, and were most professional,, and sympathetic when my elderly cat had to be euthenised.Thank you all very much.

I had to have my rabbit , Carrot, put to sleep.The receptionist, vet and nurse were all absolutely fantastic . The rabbit died with dignity and peacefully and everyone showed my son and I deep compassion.Thank you everyone love Gill and Stuart xx

Used when on holiday as I forgot to take my dogs prescription medication. One call to their fabulous receptionist, my vets details were taken & everything else was dealt with by them. Within two hours of my call I had my medication. Fabulous service, very reasonable. Would not hesitate to use again if needed when I'm in the area.. brilliant. Thank you!

We are always greeted with a friendly face, no request is too much and there is always ready advice when needed. All my pets are looked after brilliantly and I am very happy with the treatment they are given. Happy cats!
