Highland Apartments by Mansley

My only complaint, which won't change my rating of 5 stars, is that the dryer didn't seem to work when we were there. The views from our apartment were lovely, and the apartment was fully stocked and very comfortable. It was central to anywhere you could want to go in the city. If you are going to be in Inverness book this place, you will not be disappointed.

We spent 3 nights here and would not do it again, but that is just because now we would rather stay at a hotel than an apartment. We had a river view room on the second floor. The location is amazing and parking was convenient in the basement. My passcode did not work when we first arrived, but after calling they were able to reset and fix it. The rooms were large and clean. However, there is NO AC. In early August it was hot and keeping the porch door open and window just did not do it, it made the stay not comfortable. Plus, it sucks just having bugs fly in. But they did have a small fan in the living room and one in the bedroom.

Wonderful apartment over Bridge Street with a direct view of Inverness Castle. Extremely clean! Fresh milk was a nice detailed touch. Having a king size bed was very accommodating. The binder with instructions for appliances was excellent as we are from the U.S. and appliances are different. October is an excellent time to visit as the temperature is perfect for propping open the window and balcony door. Managing hundreds of units in Florida myself I am taking with me several ideas from Mansley to provide our own guests a more quality stay. Thank you Molly and Team!

Great flat right in the centre of Inverness. We enjoyed our stay in the clean and spacious flat and felt at home. They staff were super friendly and helpful with each interaction. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for 4 nights on our recent visit to Inverness, and we loved it! Beautiful, clean, quiet, spacious apartment (2 bedroom 2 bathroom), well stocked, secure parking, great location. On the few times when we needed to contact someone, the response was very speedy and always helpful! The only minor inconveniences inside the apartment were that one of the bathrooms didn't have a shower - just a tub - and also, the washer/dryer is the type where the dryer only really works well for very small loads. Fortunately, there was a big drying rack inside the laundry closet, and that was good enough. (There is also a laundromat just across the bridge). Also, people with mobility issues should note that there are a some small stairs inside the apartment (one or two steps down into the bed areas and the lounge areas). Still overall a 5-star experience, and I would definitely stay here again if/when back in Inverness!

The 2 bedroom river view apartments were very nice (except no Air Conditioning and the apartments get very hot!) and parking was easy. The most frustrating experience was the lack of response from customer service/management. We reached out multiple times and it took them over 24 hours to get back to us! Not a way to run a business.

We stayed here recently and we couldn't believe how large and well appointed these apartments are, they have everything you need if you want to cook your own food, the kitchen is just like you would find in and modern upmarket house.It's so handy to everything, lots of restaurants cafes pubs clubs just around the corner.Thank you to Michael and Shawn, very friendly and helpful guys.Loved our stay.Warwick

Highland Apartments by Mansley in Inverness was our favorite stay of our 11-day tour of Scotland. We loved that it was in the city center, and that it was near Tesco, Gellion's, and many restaurants. Having fresh milk delivered daily was so charming. The rooms were beautiful. Our teens loved having so much space, and I loved the towel radiators! Not only would I stay here again, I'd live here if I could. Maybe someday....!

Incredible views of the Ness River. Amazing location and the amenities were really well done. Only down side is the club located at the bottom of the building that played music until 3am. Otherwise this was an amazing place!
