Carlson Gracie have an awesome reputation, so I was thrilled when I saw the gym open in Sheen in spring last year. I signed up straight away and it's such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The coaches are all super experienced, attentive, and keen for you to progress. They really foster an environment for growth and fun. They're patient, but create a an environment where you want to improve. They've got a great mix of morning, lunchtime and evening classes, and also a K1 class and women's class. Membership includes 1-2 weekly classes at their headquarters in Hammersmith as well.I'm a beginner, a pretty small woman with a few injuries and the wrong environment could feel intimidating. But I feel completely comfortable training here, and know if there were any problems, I could bring them up with any of the coaches. But I can happily say there have been none.BJJ is a physically and mentally stimulating sport. Despite finding it challenging, I really enjoy training with these guys and am so grateful they decided to open in Sheen. Oss!

Great teachers, very attentive and knowledgeable, fantastic learning environment would def recommend to anyone thinking of starting bjj
