Bought a new mattress we had seen in the showroom,it was delivered and fitted onto our bed,unfortunately we did not take into account that the new one was a lot higher than our old one,we went back to the showroom the next day and they exchanged the mattress with no fuss at all,definitely shop here again.

Was looking for a firm Double mattress and had looked in all the normal places Dreams Benson for beds etc but went back to Hamseys as they had the best one for me what I liked was it didn't squash at the sides when you sat onit. I was so impressed I also brought a king size one for my other room. Having use them for a couple of weeks now I just love it and have such a good night's sleep. They were such a good price too.

Issues with delivery twice, were meant to agree a delivery date with you, didn’t just booked it and expected you to know that from your invoice, can’t even give you a time of the day likely to deliver. Are meant to send you a text first thing where you are in the load but again that’s no guarantee of time. Text never arrived when they had the right number as I had received a text previously. So you need to chase them even to get a text. Subcontracted couriers so they blame each other. My family had used them for 30 years, never again. This is a shame as I like to support local business which is hard when they don’t want to listen to suggestions like get a different contractor, in this day and age give people a time slot even if it’s just morning or evening. If they are cutting corners here what confidence does that give you in the quality of their goods!

We looked around the Usual places 1st , Steve @ Hamseys had a decent range at reasonable prices from stock , we chose the Premier 4000 spring ,( No waiting for 3 weeks )There was a mix up on chosen mattress , Steve dealt with this in 2 days , changing it over , . Free collection & Delivery
