Overall service is extremely slow and poor. Wings are never fresh (❌). Burger is good however there is no consistency with the spice level. Sometimes it’s too much. The seating environment is not good (cold + bit messy).

The staff were like a well oiled machine, very efficient and working at their stations like champions. It was mad busy in there but it works, you place your order, pay and they give you a receipt with your order number. Sounds familiar I'm sure but regardless of the chaos and the waiting time you do get a nice fresh meal in the end. The food, I ordered the spicy chicken burger and it was divine, the spice has a good kick to it. Its a bit tangy but hot not too much to kill the taste buds but enough to warm your tongue. The breading on the burger allows the sauce to saturate but still maintaining a level of crispness. I'm glad I tried Shake Bee and I highly recommend this place. I like trying different places but I think next time I come back to Manchester I will be grabbing myself another Shake Bee's!

There is nothing special about burger, ships or wings as i have seen in social media.Burger was not dry but wasn't a burger that I felt needed to finish.Chips were soggy and were not fully fried.Spicy wings were very Very salty.The customer service was really slow.

Ordered the cheesy smash burger and wanted a chicken burger on its own aswell , waited 20+ mins for the order to be wrong , got charged for a chicken burger meal , asked them about it but wasn’t interested.The burgers and fries we’re cold, terrible place and definitely over hyped.Won’t be returning or recommending!!

Heard positive things about this place so I thought I'd check it out. Burger is a good size. Unfortunately taste wise burger was quite soggy, not crispy and it was on the salty side rather than spicy. Again I've heard positive things about this place so it might have been the case they had an off day.

Went to Miami Chicken, but they had 100+ people queuing outside, so went here. Like Miami, they don't take phone orders, but you can order online. The shop is also bigger than Miami's, and you sit inside and eat, but it's actually quite dirty - a massive missed opportunity I feel. On the other hand, they have a much more extensive menu with smash burgers and other offerings.I ordered a tower burger meal, and it was a pretty decent imitation of Miami Chicken's tower burger, although the spicy dip is very spicy - too much so. They werent particularly busy but I still had to wait about 25 minutes. Also, while I was there, I noticed a few people coming back and complaining about mistakes with their orders. It's on a busy main road, so car parking also tough.Definitely not better than Miami as some reviews have said, but for now though, recommended and would go again.
