Worst gp ever , they’ll cancel y’all appointment and won’t even inform you unless you arrive they for your appointment…then they rebook it saying No doctors are available!!! I would just avoid this gp at all cost get yourself some well mannered staff

Can never make an appointment worst doctors in the UK tbh your better off going to your local pharmacy

Again got given an appointment to see the pharmacist and from receptionist to pharmacist I don't think they could have been more helpful every time I call or visit I seem to receive 100% service including Doctors appointment

Would literally give negative stars if possible. The worst experience I ever got. My mother has diabetes and was waiting for her blood test to be done so that she could get her meds. But all her appointments got cancelled literally the minute we arrived for the appointment. Waste of time and makes patience suffer. Worst service offered.

Zero if I can. Staff need training. unable to give nurse appointment 48 hours after surgery to get dressing changed. Asked to go Minor injuries unit after a 2 hour wait there, was told to go to the Surgical Assessment Unit.Did the phone staff at the surgery not know this and give proper guidance.? Wasted my time waiting because, of untrained staff and lack of staff at the surgery. Complete SHAM

Probably one of the worst surgeries that I have been registered with. Had a surgery on Monday and was advised by the doctors to get the dressing changed within 48 hours. 2 days of long wait time on the phone system and just been told that they do not have a nurse's appointment until about 12 days later. Advised to go to Minor Injuries unit, which I said Thanks forWhy run a surgery and get paid for each patient, if you cannot provide the care they need? Not enough nurses, not enough people to handle calls. Just de-register patients and let them go to better surgeries and give back the money NHS pays youComplete waste of time trying to get anything sorted from this GP practice. Might as well go private GP, which I am gonna do

It appears that some reception/telephone staff have a closed culture of being rude, uncompassionate and entitled. The surgery has a poor system to booking appointments which means that vulnerable and sick people are at risk. The GPs and office managers need to rethink the system. Reception staff need customer service training and to learn how to show compassion over the phone and in public and to see how hard it can be for service users even to book an appointment and the hoops and challenges it takes, when someone is sick having to ring up daily etc. Do you really care and are you comfortable being so rude and disrespectful to the people you serve?

If I can rate 0 it will be 0. Rude staff, waiting 45 minutes to book appointment by the phone. Finally have this appointment, but after arriving and confirm we are here, lady told me to wait in the waiting room. After 40 minutes, when everyone been seen by the doctors, igo back to reception and ask her when is our turn oh I'm sorry problem with the system I will rebook your appointment. Who will pay me for another short day at work and who will give lessons form my daughter???? Not recommended at all. Everyone else been seen, everyone

Poor communication. They now have two receptions each one given different advice. Perception is that they don’t want to take ownership in helping patients with the best outcome. They just want to get rid of you as soon as can.
