The carers, activity team, kitchen team, housekeeping, office staff and maintenance team are all exceptional! My sister is a resident in St Stevens,abd the care there is second to none.lovely friendly staff,very caring.I have even told my family if i ever need to go in a home please let me go in there.

Absolutely the worst place to send any elderly relative.My Dad went to this care home which was made out to be amazing.After 4 weeks of being in there I had to call an ambulance as the duty manager was not listening to me after I told him my dad was unwell several times.The paramedics arrived how they found my Dad had to be reported to safe guarding absolutely disgusting..If I had no called ambulance he would have died.Whole place should be shut down if anyone is looking for care look elsewhere
