Worked for TLB247healthcare for 2 years the calls times were short as 15 minutes and when I left they didn't pay me my last month's wages

DONT USE THEM. MY MUM WAS LEFT IN HER OWN EXCRIMENT FOR 15 HOURS AND THEY JUDTIFIED IT BY STATING THEY HAD A CRISIS TO ATTEND TO. IN WHICH CASE THEY SHOULD HAVE ENOYGH STAFF TO COVER BOTH. AN INVESTIGATION BY CQC IS TAKING PLACE.ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS THAT ALL OF THE CARERS WERE LOVELY.OUR COMPLAINTS ARE NOT ABOUT THEM BUT ABOUT MANAGERES AND SERVICE PROVISION

All the carers where really lovely and took very good care of my grandmother til the day she passed
