Not enough bowling balls in a bowling centre??? Pretty poor.We struggled to get sufficient balls and ended up sharing one particular ball between our group and the adjoining lane. We asked staff, who did look for another ball that was a suitable size (a size 10 with medium finger holes, so nothing unusual) and they explained that there is currently an issue with the number of balls available.Second annoying thing is that you can not put up side bumpers for individual players - they are either up for everyone, or down for everyone.Customer service wasn't great. The staff were friendly enough, but no one came when we pressed our 'service call' button to order drinks, despite the fact that 4 members of staff were available and standing talking to each other. Drinks/usedglasses from previous players had not been cleared away from our table when we went to play and remained there the whole 2 games we played.Toilets were not very clean.Positive points: The lighting over the bowling lanes is funky and fun.We enjoyed playing on the arcade games after bowling.We wouldn't return here. It is a few pounds cheaper than Hollywood Bowl on Kirkstall, but still works out more expensive when you pay for parking (which is free at Hollywood bowl). Unfortunately it is much lower standard venue and experience than Hollywood Bowl.

Plenty of bowling lanes. Not been bowling in a long time so it was great fun. Could be cheaper so loses a star. Would deffo go again.

Came here last week with my kids and partner. We arrived and were told to go to lane 1, however it wasn't even ready as it had bowling balls stuck in the gutter at both sides. The seat was also broken so we asked to change to a different lane. Thankfully this was fine as even though a lot of the lanes were closed due to maintenance (I assume), they weren't too busy. We were told when we arrived that they would bring our (pre-ordered) burgers over whilst we were playing. However, we finished our bowling after about 40 minutes and still nothing. We went to the bar to ask about them and they just said they didn't know and they'd check but didn't hear anything else. There were quite a few people waiting at this point for their food that had finished their bowling and in the end we got our food an hour after arriving at the venue. The burgers weren't great, they were dry and we were given 1 pot of ketchup to share between 4 of us (which wasn't even enough for 1 child). The chips were nice. Overall enjoyed the actual game of bowling but the rest was not good enough at all. Will not be returning.

Really fun place to chill out with friends. It's got more than bowling. You can have a fun time playing a variety of arcade games around the bowling pin and a dedicated food and bar counter for chilled drinks and snacks

Bowling was quite fun, if extremely noisy. It felt like being surrounded by stag dos. Our children arrived before us and were shouted at and kicked out by a bouncer. They found this distressing. Then the food took over an hour to arrive. We had to take it in boxes as we were going to miss our bus. My husband then felt unwell after the chicken burger - not his best birthday ever!

We went here for a friend’s birthday. The bowling experience was great. We paid for two games and switched teams halfway as we were across two lanes. The interactive screen was great for this and made it really easy to organise our own games, with pictures too - a nice touch. The food was very poor. I ordered a chicken burger and was given a single piece of fried chicken between two dry buns. It cost nearly £8. Don’t buy food here, is all I’ll say. We also got curly fries which tasted nice but we had stomach aches later. Go for bowling but get food elsewhere.

Me and my friend had a phenomenal time at this bowling venue, where we were checked in quickly at the grand reception! The lighting is a strong accompaniment to the lanes, the numbers look epic and bowls are nicely styled, also names can be added easily on the electronic board. We enjoyed a game of pool too, priced cheaply at only £1!

There is something fundamentally wrong with the IT of the place. You can't go in and book a session. You get more options if you do it online yourselves. Which was ironic. We managed to get a booking done with our feeble 3g network. The place was very noisy and crowded maybe cos of school hols. Once your time comes you have to go to reception who do then enable the games. The bowling as such was fun and seamless.

We spent a fantastic time in the bowling alley. However, there are different games available. There are student and group discounts available especially for specific days and also comes with meals and drinks. It's a great hangout place.
