Sunnyside Surgery

Compared to portsdown practices, the service and the staff are excellent, well mannered and very helpful. Ok you don't get to see a doctor on the day, but at least you get to see one face to face. I am so glad I changed to sunnyside. Those with the negative views have not had the experience of a poor practice. Also the pharmacy has been very helpful in correcting mistakes made by portsdown practices whom my wife is a patient with.

Can't get a DOCTOR appointment, reception staff YOU are NOT medically trained so you are NOT doctors. Pharmacy staff can't speak ENGLISH and constantly get repeat medication wrong. ! WHOLE PLACE NEEDS A SEVERE SHAKE UP

Very bad and late service and take ages for GPs there to have their work done. Most of the time not there and always there are delays in outgoing referrals. If you complain or ask to change your GP they simply ask you to change the practice instead of trying to fix the problem and offer good quality service!

This is a place I work out of and it is fabulous. I am very lucky to be a part of this practice
