Sam is amazing! He not only donated his time for a charitable cause (what a diamond) but was super lovely with all the rearrangements and changes! The food was incredible, beautifully cooked and delicious. He timed everything perfectly, moving in time to the rhythm of the evening, super attentive and a good laugh too. I would highly recommend!!

Sam cooked us the most beautiful dinner for a friend's hen night. The food was excellent and just what we wanted, great service and Sam was lovely to have around for the evening. Very professional and friendly. I would happily recommend him for any kind of occasion.

Friendly catering, great options for different needs.

Sam donated a private dining experience to a charity auction I was at with friends - which was lovely of him to do first off - and we've been looking forward to it for over a year as we had to repeatedly rearrange due to covid restrictions. When the night finally came we were VERY excited, and Sam did not disappoint. We had three unbelieveable courses, which we had been able to choose in advance. A great veggie alternative for one guest looked just as delicious as the meat choice. He was very professional but also really friendly and fun, and it was a joy to have him around. The courses were nicely spread out and just the right size - filling but not too much food. This beats dining in a busy restaurant any day, and we'll be booking a lot more nights in with Sam! Highly recommended!

Sam catered for our boys’ Christening - his food went down a storm amongst our family & friends! Sam is an extremely talented chef - really friendly and also very professional. Would highly recommend him.

Sam catered for my best friends hen party cooking a 3 course meal at our hen house in Brighton - it was honestly such incredible food, cooking steak for 14 people and getting every single one perfect was impressive!!The cheesecake for desert was the best cheesecake we've ever had, the presentation of everything was 10/10 - thank you so much Sam for making her feel so special and even mixing her favourite cocktail too!!! Would definitely recommend!

Sam prepared a truly delicious three course meal for a special girl’s night - all the food was full of flavour and perfectly cooked. He also paced the service really well - nothing was rushed but neither were we ever left waiting too long. Very pleased with how it all worked out, will definitely ask Sam to cater in the future.
