Firstly I don’t no how this place has 5 stars because 1 star is pushing it a bit far as it’s not even that….Not a honest dealer advertising is false description of the car.I Traveled from London to Doncaster to view a 2012 plate ford focus.The add stated it’s in amazing condition in and out.I Got there I didn’t even get offered a test drive I had to ask. Then I done a look over the car to find Dents on roof dent at the front , chipped paint and rust , curbed alloys, light inside the car don’t work, scratches all around. At the stat he seemed nice but when he noticed I was losing Interested his attitude changed.Wasted £80 on a train ticked to get there then £50 to get back plus taxi there and back to the station. Really really disappointed worst close car purchase I have ever got near to doing.It’s like they make you come all that way to make you feel like you have no choice to buy it or look at something else to feel it’s not a waste of a journey . I definitely will be taking this further as I have a really large following and I won’t sit back and allow dealers like this one to pull walls over peoples eyes and have them wasting time and money.Just be honest in the future save the bad reviews.I actually would love to see his response to this. Lucky I’m a nice guy because if you had done this to the wrong person let’s just say it wouldn’t be pleasant.As annoyed as I was I just walked away he didn’t even say bye customer service was awful.Please guys if you’re local by all means go and see for yourself. if you are coming from far please don’t put yourself through a disappointing experience.I promise you as god is my whiteness total SCAM ! I dodged a bullet with this one.

We purchased a Seat Ibiza for our son from Grashion’s and was impressed with the service and professionalism we received. All in all it was a lovely experience and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. We would happily use these guys again!

Edit: I was happy with the service I received initially. When it came to my car's first service and MOT, it failed as two tyres were the wrong size and one was fitted incorrectly. As I had not changed anything about my car between collecting it from the and the MOT, I contacted Grashion who told me it was nothing to do with them and asked me what they expected them to do with a car that left them over six months ago. I thought their neglect at my question was poor and I suggested that they look into the company they use to do their point servicing before putting cars up for sale. This has been a wake up call for buying in the future.I was driving an unsafe vehicle and the people who sold it to me couldn't care less. If a company asks you to leave a review quickly, I advise you to wait and get another opinion on the product.Great customer service should also mean great after care, particularly when a customer comes to you with a genuine concern over the safety of a vehicle.Original review left 2 days after purchasing:Tony and Clark were both big helps when buying my car. Due to covid, I was worried about how hard it would be to sort testing out and purchasing a new car - wanting to make sure I could test drive and see it for myself before making any big decisions. Tony was quick to reply to my query and arranged a test drive with ease. I loved the car, which was in great condition. I came back the next day and spoke with Clark who had the car ready to drive and between cheerful chat and the paperwork, the car was mine within 20 minutes! Quick, pain-free and pleasant car buying experience without all the silly add-ons! Tony and Clark clearly love what they do and were very helpful. Thank you!

Bought my second car from Grashion and couldn't be happier. The sales team were excellent and very honest without making you feel pressured at all. It was a much better experience than buying my last car from the main dealer! Overall a great little place with quality used cars that are very reasonably priced especially considering the used car market of today.

Went to Grashion Automotive to view a Mercedes E Class after a really terrible experience with one that we bought from another garage.I was very tentative about buying another car but I have to say that straight away Clark put us at ease by saying that we should have a good look around and leaving us to it. He didn’t hover or spend his time trying to sell us the car but let us look in our own time. He answered any questions we asked and sorted the car so that we could test drive it. I had a car to part exchange and he gave me a really good price for it. There were a couple of bits that I wanted sorting on the E class, he arranged for them to be sorted and on the day I picked the car up they had been done. The only thing that wasn’t sorted his brother Antony assured me would be done and that is in the process of being done.I couldn’t have had a more different experience with the Grashion brothers than at the other garage. They are honest, helpful and trustworthy. I would highly recommend using their garage.

We bought a vw car in good faith 14 months ago . Paid £11000 for it and only given a three month warranty. It had £700 spent on it during the warranty but since then in the last year it’s had over another £1000 spent on it . The person who sold it must have known how damaged it was . The whole experience has been a nightmare and I strongly recommend staying away from this garage! Feel totally ripped off

Fantastic buyer experience. From my initial call to Antony enquiring about the Ford Focus, to driving away 3 days later in my new vehicle all was a superb.No pushy sales pitches or techniques but a very friendly and relaxed approach. The car was cleaned and prepared very well, looking as near to New as could be possible for a used vehicle. Extremely happy with my purchase and a big recommendation from me for Grashion Automotive Solutions.

Upgraded my sons car on his 19th Birthday, which was a very relaxed and straightforward process and he drove away very happy. Unfortunately the car began to overheat that evening and was returned the following day. The customer care then shown by Grashions was nothing short of fantastic. The car was immedialtly booked into workshops and his old car was then provided as a courtesy car, which was very kind and helped the situation a great deal. Updated were provided at regular intervals until the car was running as it should, was collected and is now running faultlessly. What could have been a very stressful situation was handlled with great customer care and service, and I would not hesitate to buy another car from Grashions who I can highly recommend as a model family run business. Thank-you Clark and the team for your brilliant service.

Recently bought a Honda CRV from Grashion and we are really happy. No pushy salespeople, just allowed to look round at our leisure. No problem getting a test drive of the car we wanted and when we spotted a slight problem trim wise it was quickly sorted out with the repair place next door. Then when they were not happy with the fix (them not us), sorted out a brand new trim and leant me a car whilst they fixed it. Car is excellent quality and low mileage. Couldn't be happier.

Bought a car of Grashion last month after going to another Dealership who tried to get me to sogn up to everything going. Spoke to Anthony and can honestly say best experience ive had buying a car to say its my first car aswell was so quick and simple the Finance company they set me up with was a breeze can honestly recommend going to these guys because they know there stuff and theres no sales pressure what so ever. Want to thank you guys and when i need another car I’ll definitely be back.
