Yet another example of an Oxfam shop where the name of the game is overprice overprice overprice! Books languish for months unsold on the shelves and in the cabinets ( there’s an illustrated Alice in Wonderland priced at £100+ which has been there since 2018)There are 5 other better, less greedy charity shops in Gosforth where you can buy items for prices that aren’t a rip off.A shame because the staff seem genuinely nice people - who knows why they think such a tiny marketplace can charge such extortionate prices?
