Akamba Tropical House and Aviary
This was a lovely amazing experience which is hidden near Solihull, in Birmingham. The Kenyan themed heritage site is small but perfectly formed and a lovely location to attend with family and friends.There are lots of plants and artefacts to buy as well.The restaurant serves traditional Jamaican dishes and the food we had was very nice. There were meat and vegan choices which we took advantage of.We will be going back as a bigger group, and I fully recommend to others.

Absolutely amazing place. We plan to return and buy some of the animal figures for next year we will plan our garden to suit them. We went to the CAFE and the wraps are beautiful and drinks good value for money.

There 11 of us and we had a great time. The staff were really friendly and helpful.The food was presented beautifully and it was delicious. Can't wait to return.

Great African themed garden centre, with licensed indoor and outdoor dining. The unique features I clude magnificent African animal sculptures made in recycled metals, including Giraffe, Elephant, Hyenas, Crocodiles, and a variety of Birds and Bugs.

A hidden gem. The staff are great, from the door staff, bar staff, chefs and glass collectors. Very friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing. (Jerk chicken, rice and peas, and chicken curry) even the kids meals of chicken nuggets/burger and chips was loved. Akamba has such a fantastic atmosphere. We Look forward to returning again soon.
