Updating my review to add that I’ve been staying in this beautiful apartment for 9 months now and Tay Letting have been amazing. I’ve mainly been dealing with Louise Douglas, but everyone in the office have been so helpful too. The set-up process in the beginning looked daunting but was made so easy and any queries since have been responded to quickly. I couldn’t recommend Tay Letting more highly. Thank you!

Special thanks to Louise of Tay Lettings for all her work in moving my partner and I into our new flat. All queries were responded to in prompt timing and her manner was so pleasant and friendly. Thanks also to Ryan for being present for our viewing and our move in date. Both are great representatives of the company and I will definitely be recommending them to others.

I would highly recommend Tay Letting. I've been renting a flat with Tay Letting for over 3 years now.Any time I have contacted them they are quick to respond and very professional.They are really fast in fixing any housing issues as well.I have a issue a few weeks ago, I spoke with Ryan, he was extremely helpful and took immediate action to resolve this issue.Thank you Tay Letting for making my flat rental experience fast, easy and professional.

I would highly recommend Tay Letting! I’ve been using their services for over four years now. Meaghan and Louise have been extremely helpful and so lovely to deal with. I would also like to mention Toni from the End of Tenancy Team who has been excellent in helping with the completion of a tenancy. I have never used any other letting agency in Edinburgh and I wouldn’t want to, as Tay Letting have been fantastic. Look no further!

I've only been renting with Tay Letting for a couple of weeks but already it's been a very pleasant and easy experience. From the get-go they were very helpful and understanding of circumstances. Meaghan is really responsive to all queries (there have been many!) and is lovely to deal with. Would recommend Tay Letting to anyone looking to rent in Edinburgh!

Finding a property to rent has been a challenge due to the competitive market but Tay Letting has made the process run so smoothly from viewing to application and picking up our keys - can’t thank those involved enough especially Meaghan and Ryan for their kindness and expertise! Tay Letting helped us find our flat three months ago and we're extremely helpful and supportive, not least as we were relocating from another country. In the initial months we have had very helpful support from Lucy on general maintenance issues and, during our routine check, Ryan came to the flat and was really helpful (now I know how to bleed a radiator). All very helpful and appreciated, especially with a new baby - thank you.

I am delighted with service received from Tay Letting over the last 2.5 years. They have been scrupulous in their efforts to find and vet the lovely tenants I have had. Meaghan has been very responsive and Louise was amazing during the period I was changing tenants and went out of her way to help me even when she wasn't in the office over the weekend.Highly recommend the service from Tay Letting!
