What great customer service. I was doing LEJOG and while passing through the area at 5pm my rear spoke went. They were really helpful and managed to fit me in for an emergency repair that allowed me to get to my next stop. Much appreciated!!

We bought 2 Brompton cycles from Elgar Cycles in November last year and we were really pleased by the friendly and professional approach provided and the bikes are great! Would highly recommend these guys, the price was competitive and its always good to support an independent business. We will return.

Took my bike in late Saturday afternoon to have rear wheel trued & cones repaired, within an hour they rang me to tell me it was done, very efficient service at a reasonable price, friendly & helpful people, will be using again if I needed

Bought a bike from Elgar Cycles Worcester.Staff are really helpful, professional and friendly. Really good product knowledge and keen to help and offer advice. Even the bike mechanic got involved to help out. Prices also competitive.Proper customer service that we seldom get these days. Compared to some of the well known big cycle companies Elgar wins no question about it.

Lovely people, great bike selection and good service. Impressed that I wasn't pressured to buy the more expensive option. Very pleased with what I chose (not expensive) and it was competitively priced. Independent retailer of the best kind!
